The Sunburnt Santa cast
Cousin Kylie and Uncle Bazza: the bon bon rivals
Cousin Kylie and Uncle Bazza: one bored, one blaming his elbow, both after your bon bon.

Every family Christmas has a Cousin Kylie and an Uncle Bazza, and in Sunburnt Santa you meet them both across the lunch table on Day 10, Bon Bon Snap. A bon bon is what Australians call a Christmas cracker: two people pull, it goes bang, and whoever ends up with the bigger end gets the paper crown, the toy and the terrible joke. Santa pulls against four relatives in turn: Nan, then Uncle Bazza, then Cousin Kylie, then Digger the dog, and round again, with the timing bar getting quicker every bon bon.
Cousin Kylie
Ponytail, red scrunchie, green T-shirt, and an expression of total boredom ("Cousin Kylie. Bored already."). Kylie never loses a bon bon, or at least she never admits to it. She is the hardest pull at the table: her bar sweeps fastest and her green zone is the narrowest of the four, so you have to be right on the money. Beat her and she'll tell you "I let you win," followed straight away by "Rematch. Now." On the rare occasion she loses, she looks like it's the worst Christmas of her life.
Uncle Bazza
Moustache, a red shirt covered in palm trees and Santa hats, and the confidence of a man who has never once won a bon bon. "Uncle Bazza steps up!" His pull is stop-start: the bar sweeps for half a second, stops dead for a moment, then goes again, so you have to time the pause rather than the sweep. When it goes wrong there's always a reason: "Me elbow's crook" (my elbow's sore), "I wasn't ready," and of course, "Best of three, mate."
How to beat them
Tap when the bar is in the green for a big pull; yellow gives a small one, and red lets them pull back. Snap it on your side for 300 points plus a speed bonus, and string wins together to multiply your score. More on that in how to play.
